I hate to say...this whole global warming thing (especially around Christmas time) is getting silly. It appears - unless the National Weather Service adjusts their forecast models - that we're once again getting a green-brown Christmas in Southern Maine. I guess I shouldn't gripe, but for some reason I recall that in my childhood - and in Southwestern Ohio of all places - we got more snow than now. Maybe it's because I've become more *jaded* in my "older" years. It seems that winter as of late hasn't truly fired up until at least January. Okay - I'll get off the climatological soapbox now.
ICEFaces. Apparently these guys have open-sourced a part of their JSF/Ajax offering. I'll try and noodle with this when I get some free time. I've been looking to get my feet wet with (insert buzz-worthy web 2.0 words here): "Ajax-ifying" some of my JSF webapps. Since I've already been using MyFaces for a little while, this won't be too much of a leap, and more importantly won't be too hard to decouple if it doesn't *quite* work out for me.
